1. Can I return items?
At www.id.dk you can create a return order under 'My ID®' and return the package to ID® Identity, Lægårdvej 138, DK-7500 Holstebro. Remember to include the return number on the outside of the package. Your return order will be processed as soon as possible upon receipt.
When creating a return order under 'My ID', you have the option to select one or more invoice numbers. Then select the item numbers, colours, sizes and quantities you wish to return, and we will quickly issue you a credit note.
You can always access your return orders and see the return number under 'My ID'.
Alternatively, it is still possible to return items by written request for a fee (see question 3). Simply state the invoice numbers, product numbers, colours, sizes and quantities you wish to return.
2. Do the products need be in their original packaging?
Yes, all returned items must be sent and delivered in their original packaging. The packaging must not be damaged and must appear unopened.
3. How much does it cost to return?
It is free to return items online at www.id.dk under 'My ID'. However, written requests are subject to a return fee equal to 10% of the suggested B2B price.
4. Have you received my returned items?
As soon as ID® has received and processed your returned items, you will receive a credit note or other information via e-mail.
